Puglian cooking is rooted in simple ingredients, careful preparation and the pleasure of sharing. At Casa Nostra, those ideas come through in handmade pasta, seasonal vegetables, fresh fish when available, pan pizza and carefully chosen products from Italy.
Manuel and Davide draw on the recipes and rhythms of their family kitchens. The food is traditional in spirit while remaining open to the fresh ingredients available in Amsterdam each day.
A family table in the heart of Amsterdam
Since 2014, Casa Nostra has welcomed local regulars, visitors and the international community around one table in De Pijp. The aim is not to imitate a formal Italian restaurant, but to share the warmth of a home in Puglia.
Come for handmade orecchiette, cavatelli, Italian wines and an aperitivo, then stay for the conversation and the feeling of eating somewhere personal.
